COVID-19 ONLINE SHOPPING ADJUSTMENTS

We thank you for your patience during this time. We are trying to improve and make adjustments to the site for us to keep up with the demand and to be able to better fulfill the orders. We are turning the online service back on and will accept orders for pick up starting on Saturday, March 28th. Below you will see a few changes that we have made recently.

5 HOUR LEAD TIME: We have temporarily updated our order slots to have an 5 hour lead time. We are asking all customers to keep checking the site for available time slots. If you are not able to pick a time slot it’s because there are no other time slots available for that day.

$30 ORDER MINIMUM: At this time, we are not accepting orders under $30, and all fees have been waived.

$500 ORDER MAXIMUM: At this time, we are not accepting orders over $500, and all fees have been waived.

QUANTITY LIMITS: Please be aware there are limits on certain items, and these limits may not always appear on the website but will still be adhered to by the person picking your order.

OUT OF STOCKS: We are still experiencing out of stocks on certain products including toilet paper and sanitizing products. Please make sure to choose whether or not you want substitutions on all of your items in your cart, and please understand that there may not be any available substitutions for certain items.

CHECK WITH US BEFORE YOU COME: Make sure you check your email before heading to the store, just in case we are running behind. We ask that you receive your “ready for pick up confirmation” email before heading to the store.
